for some reason can't get the firmware on my e51 to update... no errors, just starts updating, then the phone restarts and everything is... as it was (including the version number on the software).
I figured it out. I had the phone plugged in to a PCMCIA usb card - it doesn't like that. As soon as I plugged in to the USB ports on the computer, update was fine. It only took me several hours to figure it out!

...by the way, using newest version of NSU (1.04 or something) and PC Suite 7.07...
